Review of version 3.0.0-beta

[x] Improve the padding between elements
[x] The list of permission should fill the main and eventually let it scroll, currently the user cannot understand that this sub-view has an inner scrolling
[x] Make "Remove all permission" in orange, since it is a destructive action
[x] "Remove all permission" is placed at the end of the list and scroll with it
[x] Use a light gray for the border of the permissions
[x] Remove the info icon so the text has more space (we can add it back later)
[x] Disabling a permission doesn't work, it is reset re-entering the section
[x] In the edit app view the Save button (to update the name) is missing
[x] In the edit app view make the "Delete application" button orange
[x] When there are no permission, hide the "Remove all permissions" button

[x] Make buttons' text normal, not "bold"
[x] Add some space below the "Remove all permissions", so it's not too close to the back
[x] On the top show the current app name, even if it's just the app ID
[x] In the name field show the current app name, even if it's just the app ID
[x] Make the text gray when a permission is disabled
