Cursor upgrades have infinite BCI #60

First three cursor upgrades - Reinforced index finger, Carpal syndrome prevention cream, and Ambidextrous - show infinity BCI in the store. Further ones don't.

Meanwhile, click upgrades (which add % of CpS to CpC) actually have non-infinite BCI.
