yikes... looks like github mobile does not work too well...you can see the comments inline in the actual commit here

The .rmd files in vignettes folder are built into html files like this https://cran.rstudio.com/web/packages/dplyr/vignettes/introduction.html . They have text, code, figures inside. These html files should not be checked into the github but can be built with the package.
