Dear Professor Gregory Way,

We are very interested in the method you developed. When we built the conda environment, there was such a problem (or warning) that it failed to create successfully. Can you give us some guidance? image

Thank you!

Hi Cheng, can you provide details on your CPU? Are you using an M1/M2 chip? We've had trouble with these apple chips + conda in the past.

Dear Professor Gregory Way,

Thank you for your patient answer! Here are the details of my CPU: image

The first time I defaulted to the pip of python 2.7, when I used the pip of python 3.9 by default, there seemed to be no such problem. But in the end, I haven't been able to install it successfully. I got the following feedback, maybe my device needs to be updated. I will try to update it first. I will consult with you later, thank you! image

Best,

Cheng

Dear Professor Gregory Way,

I'm still very interested in your biobombe, I think it's a great job. However, when I manually configure the environment, I find that the last three URLs are not available. Do you have a web address available there?

We would be very honored to have your help, thank you!

Best,

Cheng

@Mingjiang-git

I think hetio moved to: https://github.com/hetio/hetnetpy and hetmech moved to: https://github.com/greenelab/connectivity-search-analyses

Are you also having trouble accessing the tybalt repo if you replace those two URLs with the new locations?
