12_ENCODE-II: clarity on files to select #225

In moving to mm10, some issues to fix:

  1. For part III in-class, we meant to use the narrow replicated peak file from mm10, not broad peaks. That means for Part III, it should be clear that we want them to use these files q1-3: ENCFF545NYE q4: ENCFF420PUU

these are ones called with "overlap_1.0"

  1. For the homework, as above there are two "narrow, replicated peak" files available to download, so it may be confusing which one to pick. We want to be clear for them to use narrow, replicated peak files for mm10 called using the overlap_1.0 script. ie, ENCFF997COQ.
