Change brain and not heart to liver and not heart
Remove header file from genes list
They don’t need to generate the intermediate file for part III, problem 3
Part II: ENCFF001XXC is mm9, ENCFF203YBP is mm10. Ideally, should be same mm. Ideally all should also be narrowpeak. Next year look at epigenetic roadmap to hopefully get correct files. Also NCFF680WHR is H3K9me, not H3K9ac and ENCFF192FUW is H3K27me3, not H3K27ac

Fixed all problems, besides for the file one. I think it would be easiest to wait to do this until next year, so we can use the most up-to-date files (and hopefully it will be easier to find files that are all in mm10 and all the same format from the correct tissues).

Ok - do you want to close this issue and open a new one specifically for that? We can create a milestone "Before GCB535 2017" and then make sure to get the issue done in the month before the class starts.
