Explicitly state that we want work for prelabs done IN The notebook we give them #230

We didn't really state this explicitly, it was so implied that I don't know why/how we had someone do this but we should tell student to completely prelabs AND in-class and homework IN The notebook we have provided, unless otherwise stated (ie. for the reproducibility module).
