This PR seems overwhelming, but what it does is relatively simple:

analyze app is renamed to analyses
Automatic ID field id as primary key in Experiment model (instead of accession)
entrezid field in Gene model is renamed to entrez_id
some trivial code cleanup

No need to review those DB migration files.

I have deployed this branch and the new database on the production server after some unit tests and web UI spot checking. But I will keep this PR open until the end of today in case any changes are needed.
