Note that this will likely change the results of the calculations that involve the pickled genes (just the "enriched genesets" section on the signatures page?). Should we let the Hogan lab know that this will change?

@cgreene Should we merge this for the mygeneset.info Nucleic Acids Research re-submittal? Is changing results a concern? Note that the diff size is 95% due to dummy json data.
