Degree-grouped permutations archive #127

The files in this PR cover the 200 permuted hetmats (~865 MB), as well as the degree-grouped permutation files for all metapaths up to and including length 3 (1.3 GB).

On second thought, might as well add all path count archives to Zenodo or figshare (wherever we post DWPC files) rather than GitHub.

Also let's move permat zip up one directory to data.

Noting the reviewer comment:

In the section on "Permuted hetnets", it is not fully clear what the parameters for XSwap algorithm was. What were the parameters, e.g. number of swaps, etc.?

Looking into this, the permutations were generated in https://github.com/greenelab/connectivity-search-analyses/pull/107 with permutation statistics exported to data/hetionet-v1.0.hetmat/permutations/stats.tsv.
