Scrape variant of concern (VOC) info for auto updates #825

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. May be possible to scrape this and auto-update the numbers in the manuscript (e.g., how many countries are affected)

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered. We could just keep doing what we're doing, but I'd like to look into this and see if the data can be extracted in a structured way!

If someone is able to write a script to scrape the data once locally, I can help set up the nightly runs and getting the data into template variables for the manuscript.

Thanks @agitter! I'm planning to take a look at it once I get the therapeutics manuscript in a bit better shape, so I'll check in with you if I can get it working!
