Add rough draft of Aim 2 #4

Aim 2 is currently: Evaluate the extent to which low-dimensional representations of single cell data learned by various methods can be used to decompose bulk tissues in the context of rheumatic diseases.

This rough draft includes general analysis framework, planned evaluations. It definitely needs some work (including, but not limited to: alternative approaches, I owe some citations/preliminary data on cell types in rheumatic disease).

I am most interested in if I am on the right track here, i.e., let's use existing methods for cell type work in bulk data with new gene sets/information from the single-cell data.
