hello,When I generate a model using MT-gene, appears NA, how do I modify it?

model2 <- mixtureModel(chow2, model_type = "spline") Error in lm.wfit(x, y, w = w, offset = offset) : NA/NaN/Inf in 'y'

best wish!

I did check the data for Na, but I didn't know how to delete it from my single-cell data, or how to avoid it. What should I do?

bast wish!
