RunMiQC function not found in Seurat Wrapper #6

Hi @arielah,

Thanks for the package.

When following the SeuratWrapper tutorial for using miQC on Seurat object, the function RunMiQC() is no longer available.

I asked in the Seurat Github, but wonder if there is something going on the miQC side?

Solved by reinstalling SeuratWrapper and flexmix packages
