PR changes:

Update generate_figures.ipynb and generate_figures_auroc.ipynb to use the svgutils.compose API
Split heatmaps for larger gene set into two rows (changes in mpmp/utilities/plot_utilities.py and scripts in 02_classify_mutations)
Script to visualize results for new and old gene sets separately (02_classify_mutations/new_vs_old_genes.ipynb)
Some other small changes to figures/visualization
