This PR has a few small changes to go with the draft of our paper:

Assemble multi-panel figures for paper (01_stratified_classification/optimizer_figures.ipynb)
Run gene optimizer comparison script for all genes, and save the resulting figures (01_stratified_classification/scripts/plot_optimizers_for_genes.sh)
Some small tweaks to plots in 01_stratified_classification/lasso_range_gene_optimizers.ipynb
