Add ATM and RNF45 Variants to WES mutation Figure #68

ATM and RNF43 are coming up in other tumors and even if they did not reach 25% mutation frequency it would be great for us to discuss the ATM and RNF45 variants, at the very least the ATM variant. Would ti be possible to include these variants in the big green table with WES mutations?
