Using various tests and measurements of the same target. For example, Metholation and transcriptomics could perhaps be useful co-domains. https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/04/11/217554 is a useful paper to consider for this. Perhaps could even use their data.

Don't miss the bioverlay that Stephanie Hicks posted too. I think that covered this (assuming this is the stegel paper). I am on the train and can't visit the link.
