As the amount of experiments starts to increase, keeping a single notebook pipeline no longer suffices. Ran into annoying merge conflicts and other headache worthy errors. To remedy this situation I have decided to refactor this repository and move away from the notebook pipeline design. From now on I plan to have specified notebooks for individual experiments and move essential code into module scripts.
