The motivation to the PR is a change in WebGestalt, but this required a couple changes.
First, 137d5eb changes the latent space subtraction comparison. High weight genes are being correctly extracted, the notebook is refactored, and more data is saved.
Then, ada10e1 actually updates the WebGestaltR logic. There are also some formatting changes here as well.
The remaining commits all are a result of rerunning the pipeline and adding new files and removing old.
