PR adds 2 scripts

  1. data download bash script
  2. jupyter notebook of how the data was processed

Will be taking a look after lab meeting today. Just a heads up for future PR. Please convert jupyter notebooks to executable scripts and upload the converted script as well. It makes reviewing notebooks a bit easier. Conversion constructions here.
