Main change is adding the 300 hidden unit parameter sweep figures (commit 4f9a246) and refactoring the code to identify the optimal models (no longer restricting kappa as well)(commit 363d56a).
I also update the parameter sweep markdown file describing these steps (commit 84c4018).
The first four commits listed here are cleanup from incorrect procedure in #76 and don't actually introduce any changes. (should be the final PR for a while :sweat_smile: )
