2016 missing from API output #16

Until https://github.com/greenelab/word-lapse-models/issues/1 is resolved, I've excluded 2016 from the models folder on the API server. Consequently it won't appear in the results.

Once that's resolved, I'll add back in the 2016 model and close this issue.

Fixed in submodule as of commit https://github.com/greenelab/word-lapse-models/commit/4756c8a4390079576de1b8dcd6cc2b4e79495017, synced into this repo as of commit 3b3bb023c8816e1709c6bd764b0149493bd6dcfd.
