Multiple corpora API support #33

This PR adds support for querying against multiple corpora (e.g., abstracts vs. fulltexts). Depends on PR https://github.com/greenelab/word-lapse-models/pull/5 being merged first.

Note that once https://github.com/greenelab/word-lapse-models/pull/5 is merged, there'll be another commit here where we sync word-lapse-models with the latest commit that contains the fulltexts.
