Tiny chnage to help frontend with identifying entity tags #48

This PR is based off of our conversation in #39. The only thing that will change is that tag id will go back to keeping the disease or chemical tag when returned to the frontend. This will allow for @vincerubinetti to know whether a mesh tag is a disease or chemical (drugs/proteins).
