tag symbol change, readme update, tooltip fix

update readme to include bio/med-rxiv
optimize google fonts by only loading needed glyphs
include new "symbols" font so tag symbol will be consistent across devices and browsers
factor out tag symbol to palette
increase spacing between words in "trajectory" and "neighbors" vizs
make inactive words in "neighbors" viz untabbable
in jsx, make number attributes into strings where no expression needed
remove bad manual aria-label setting for tooltips (which read out html strings). instead make tippy do it for us with describedby option.

I noticed on my Windows machine that the special tag star symbol I was using had defaulted back to an asterisk. I guess the Quicksand font I'm using didn't have that character, and no system font did either (whereas on my Mac, there was a system font that had it).

So I found this Google font just to use for that single glyph instead: https://fonts.google.com/noto/specimen/Noto+Sans+Symbols+2

If you see a symbol you like better, lmk, but I did go through all of them and try a few dozen.

I think the scroll bar isn't working correctly. It only lets you scroll to the text labels on the screen.
