Fix broken avatar images after page reload #152

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Logout and log-in again
  2. Go to People page (or any other where the avatars are visible). Note that the avatars are correctly loaded.
  3. Reload the page
  4. See broken avatar images (except for the grey default ones)

Magically works now.
