Frontend:

[ ] Create Template Views (Core Skills, Moderate Skills, Interests) @DucAnhPhi
[ ] Create search with dropdown suggestions (example https://harvesthq.github.io/chosen/)
[ ] Select skill from dropdown suggestions
[ ] Show selected Skills
[ ] Delete selected Skills

Backend:

[ ] Create Skill list and make accessible for frontend
[ ] Save skills in user profile
