For this issue, the WebSockets don't work in Chrome, Safari, and Microsoft Edge. However, it works in Firefox.

The reason we guess is that the browsers except Firefox didn't trust the URL we are using, however, we got the certifications from IoT at UCI. We used those certifications but it still doesn't work.
I think the next step is to find out the difference between the browsers in which the WebSockets don't work and Firefox. And besides that, please view the headers in the console of Chrome, since it has a warning: Provisional headers are shown and the detail is here: https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/network/reference/?utm_source=devtools#provisional-headers. I think that may be the key to this issue.
