Decide if we still want to support vagrant #4

After moving to docker, do we still want to support vagrant? It seems like double the maintenance.

Not sure if this is too late, but a lot of people still use Vagrant. Myself included. I also use it to deploy to Digital Ocean. I'd appreciate Vagrant support. If you need any help maintaining it I don't mind helping out.
