Allow configuring email bot uses to commit #122

Our main greenkeeper changes come through from the email address greenkeeper[bot]@users.noreply.github.com because we're using the Github app (https://github.com/integration/greenkeeper), and this is an email address we've whitelisted in our CI systems.

It'd be nice if this used a configurable email address, rather than the hard-coded support@greenkeeper.io value, because that would allow us to use the same CI settings for both types of change.
