No update to lock file on pull request additions

Greenkeeper creates a pull request to bump a dependency that is out of date. If a newer version of that dependency is released while that pull request is open, greenkeeper adds another commit to the pull request to increase the version of the dependency to match the latest release. However, these subsequent bumps do not update the lockfile
