Schedule to run monthly instead of runtime #953

Hi,

Could you please add new feature to run greenkeeper once a month or a week? Continuously hammered by update packages impacts on the delivery during the sprint.

This would be really helpful. Right now it feels like there are daily package updates and its tough to keep up. Especially when a new package gets 5 new versions in a week.

This would be really helpful since then once weekly you could take care of all greenkeeper updates.
