Take action #185

The markup changes on the first commit can be ignored. I just pulled in the current "Take Action" template so I can work on it.

The markup changes that we need to do are visible on the second commit.

  1. Remove btn-medium from buttons inside the accordion items.
  2. Remove show class from all accordion items except the first one. /cc @koyan

@comzeradd make sure you are using 2 spaces for indentation;

@ashish173 PR updated. It seems we had some tabs inside that css file.
