Code Style: Consider switching to tabs in SCSS and JS files #29

Currently the files in this repository are indented with spaces.

The WordPress coding standards prefer tabs for indentation, and tabs are the default in the planet4-master-theme .editorconfig file. Once this repository is close to stable & complete, we could consider switching to tabs here as well all at once.

This is not required for the MVP but should be addressed before merging this codebase in with the theme.
