Decide where the mailing list link should be included #57

We have the Planet4-group mailing list for the general P4 community. Where in our onboarding process do we ask people to join it? In the handbook? Here on Github in the readme? Both? Elsewhere?

We should think through / discuss where we link the email group from. We can just discuss here in the comments!

Hey, I think we must ask them to join the community in both. As we need to expand the community so it's better to add it in both places.
