Showing Moat to Militia just repeats 'show reaction card' box #216

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play base game with Sarah, Drew, Mary AIs.
2. AIs buy a Militia
3. Player buys a Moat & attempts its use for defense.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Moats do not protect from attack when played. Playing them as reaction cards 
are impossible. Prompt box simply re-appears indefinitely.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Version 2.01 of Androminion, played on HTC Incredible, Android vs. 2.3.4

Reaction cards are working as intended.  Please see issue 214 for further 
discussion about them.
