Throne Room + Highway issue #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play Throne Room
2. Select Highway to play twice.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Highway is played twice and should reduce card costs by 2 but instead only 
reduces the cost by 1.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androminion 2.01 and Android version 2.3.7 (Nexus S 4G not rooted)

Highway's discount effect doesn't double in this case.

From Hinterlands Rulebook:
Using a card that lets you play a card several times (like Throne Room from 
Dominion) on Highway will not make cards cost $2 less, as there is still only 
one copy of Highway in play.
