Develop initial point allocation for how a user would qualify to mint a GreenWill NFT

In order to mint a GW NFT, users must obtain at least 20 points of "green will". For the MVP, the following methods will be available to earn points.

  1. 2 points for making at least one donation in a Gitcoin round (GG19 - present)
  2. 2 points for making at least one donation in an Octant epoch (epoch 4 - present)
  3. 6 points for making at least one donation in a Greenpill organized Gitcoin round (GG19 - present)
  4. 3 points for holding a Greenpill POAP (up to 4x)
  5. 3 points for holding the member roll on Greenpill Network's Discord
  6. 2 points (each) for following Greenpill Network on X or Farcaster
