Dont support R again? Got below message from R 3.6.3:

> install.packages("PivotalR")
Warning in install.packages :
  package ‘PivotalR’ is not available (for R version 3.6.3)

It was removed from CRAN because of a change in R and PivotalR hasn't been updated to support it. default.stringsAsFactors() is deprecated.
