README -> README.asciidoc: give GitHub-friendly name #8

GitHub renders a pretty README on the main project page if the file has a proper extension.

Thanks for the pull request! I had actually already started working on this on the topgit branch t/asciidoc - however, there are some issues with the formatting, and the way the build process works it actually currently depends on the fact that tabs are used in the README, so it's a little trickier than just renaming the file to make it look good. Shouldn't be hard to fix though.
