Writing this up for review, it occurred to me, that it might be a better user experience if when a date is adjusted so that the QA falls within an enrollment period, it either is removed from the tab, or some visual cue indicates that it is OK now -- moving this to WIP while I check in with Pam on how she wants that to work,

Description
A common source of QA rejection is the patient not being enrolled on the date of the activity. MassHealth has provided guidance on how to adjust the date of a QA to avoid the issue.
