Scorecard fixes (and DJ fixes)

Description

This includes the following fixes:

1. Restores assets to DJ containers (incorrectly removed in this commit)
2. Fixes a typo in Q2
3. Moves driver mailer partials to the main view directory so that the mailer can find them (maybe a Rails 7 regression?)
