We need to have different size categories for each year or provide another way of still showing previous years' dashboards. Ie. one category in 2016 was called "Biotech and Banking" in 2016, and now is "Biotech". So last year's sectors don't make sense for, eg. State Street Corp. being in "Biotech". And last year's size winners no longer show that they won, as size categories have been reconfigured. We need to be able to change sector categories and size categories but have them remain appropriate on their year's leaderboards.

The category sizes for 2016 are restored. I'll check if the 2015 category sizes also need updated.

I'm working on restoring the 2016 category names. It's probably easiest to do it manually in the app code versus adding it in the database. Plus, past years category names will never change.
