Added link preview meta tags #34

Is <meta name="description"> and similar "vanilla" meta tags useful? If yes, please add that as well. If not, I'm fine with current state.

This should actually be completely ready now, with meta tags for general purpose, Open Graph, Facebook, and Twitter.
