omnipresent button is wrong, but so is 'jumping' button #14

Makes we wish we had a "news from firefox" button.

Sevaan is thinking about a "dance with firefox" button / page.

Similar to customize mode, could subsume this whole thing, as one of its elements.

Pulse goes forward as way of testing questions and interactions.
