I would like to test this. Not only can we use it to drive engagement when users give it a high rating, but we could also send users to support if they give it a 1-2 point rating.
My concern is that I don't want pulse to be intrusive. If it feels like we are using it as a marketing tool I think it'll be detrimental. Maybe a/b test with and without.
As an example.... should we react to the ratings in any way...
if they say 5+, do we want to offer a "tweet this" or a "tell your friend you think fx is awesome"
