Add a license #5

Hi, your code seems to work fine but without having a license to give permission to use it, it's technically copyrighted. Perhaps consider the MIT license or similar?

Wow, this old. But there is a BSD 3 clause licence here

Ah thanks! Suggest putting it in a file called COPYING. I'll do a PR in a bit.
