In the meantime, you can delete a feed by carefully editing the ~/.feeds2gmail.cache.rktd file to delete the hash item representing the feed. (This is easiest to do safely in an s-expression aware editor like Emacs or DrRacket.)
Just be sure to do this while feeds2gmail is not running (e.g. while cron isn't running it).
