Replace traveller rigging #2

The traveller lines are old and too small/brittle. These were tied off in a fixed center position. Looks like I have one of these: http://www.rigrite.com/Travellers/NF_Travellers/Round%20Bar%20Travellers.php TODO: Verify diameter of traveller tube and traveller part. TODO: Buy new line for traveller.
